What is the refund/return policy?
We offer a 30-day return/refund window, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund. Because all Heaven & Earth products are created in very limited quantities, we do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances.

Are any purchases final sale?

When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.

Expedited Shipping
If you need your order faster, we offer additional shipping upgrades at checkout.
Expedited and priority shipping costs are not free and will be calculated based on your address and carrier rates.
Customers may choose from available options during checkout.
International Shipping
At the moment, we do not offer free international shipping.
All international shipping costs, duties, and taxes are calculated at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer.
